Hi, I'm John. Whether it's a process you're sick of doing by hand, software that almost fits, an idea you haven't found the right person for — or you're just not sure what you need — I'd like to hear about it.

You don't need a plan or the right vocabulary. A few plain sentences are plenty:

• What's the annoying thing? Describe it the way you'd describe it to a friend.
• How do you handle it today — spreadsheets, sticky notes, sheer memory?
• Anything that matters: timeline, budget, systems you already use.

Every message comes straight to me and I reply personally. You'll get honest questions, a candid read on whether software can help, and a clear idea of what a next step would look like. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too — and try to point you somewhere useful.
