What's useful to share

You don't need a polished spec to reach out. A few sentences is plenty. If you can, tell me:

• The problem you're trying to solve, in plain terms
• Where things stand today — greenfield, in flight, or a legacy system you're untangling
• Any constraints that matter: timeline, budget, existing stack, team

I'll come back with honest questions and a candid read on the approach — including whether AI is the right tool for the job, because sometimes it isn't. If it turns out I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
